Canberra Park is delighted to announce the appointment of Andrew Johnston as Executive Chef. With a career that spans 24 years in the hospitality industry including Head Chef positions with Alliance Catering and the Australian Institute of Sport, Andrew understands the unique requirements of the school excursion market. He will oversee the food and beverage operation for Canberra Park including meal plans for groups, theme nights for dinner, and nutritious breakfasts to start the day. With school aged children of his own, Andrew knows what kids want to eat.
